24.04. – 26.04.2017/Koblenz/Germany - A delegation of representatives of the Razlog Municipal administration paid a visit to Koblenz and the region in the period 24.04. – 26.04.2017.The main purpose of the visit was to exchange experience and collect best practices examples in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and waste management at municipal level in Germany. The Bulgarian delegation consisted of representatives of the municipality of Razlog under the guidance of the deputy mayor, Mr Ivan Gjurov, and Energoeffect Consult Company’s Manager, Mr. Michael Deliyski. The trip was funded by European funds and organized and by the Balkan Small Business Association and Koblenz Chamber of Crafts.
Thanks to the instructions and presentations made by the German speakers Mark Meurer and G?nter Müller in Neukirch-Külz in the Waste Management Center Singhofen, the delegation participants had the opportunity to look at the thermal power station and the waste management center and to get some useful information. The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Fischer, Head of the vocational training centre of Koblenz Chamber of Crafts. Then the participants listened to the contributions to various topics in the field of energy management at local and regional level made by Mr Manuel Halfpaap-Wirges, Energy Management Officer of Koblenz Chamber of Crafts , Dr. Dominik Böchling, representative of the Energy Agency of Rhineland-Palatinate, and Mr. Norbert Dümpelfeld, Energy Efficiency Consultants for companies at Koblenz Chamber of Crafts.
