Eighteen delegates from eighteen professional associations adopted the statute, rules of elections to crafts Parliament and elected official representatives.The newly elected President of the Montenegro Chamber of Skilled Crafts, Vojislav Delic said that the state passed an important exam with the transfer of public powers to craftsmen. Along with the basic issues of the Annual Assembly Meeting like approving the annual activity report, the financial report, the new annual activity plan and budget, the representatives of the 35 member organizations had to elect the new Governing body of the Balkan Office and to accept new members of the Balkan office.
